I'm facing the following error when I try to setup the "Manage Gateway". Kindly assist what actual issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi @lytan88,

In your scenario,  please ensure that you install the 64-bit Oracle client, verify that the tnsnames.ora file is properly configured and you are using the proper net_service_name. You can refer to this article to configure your tnsnames.ora file with the proper information for your database.

In addition, there is a similar thread which is resolved by adding  the SERVICE_NAME parameter to the tnsnames.ora file for your reference.
