Open in Excel (Preview) - Blank Page

Hello,

when I try to use the "Open in Excel" Feature (https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-analyze-in-excel/), I can download a odc file and Excel opening the file. But I returned only a blank excel page with no data and no pivot.

I tryed to uninstall and reinstall, but I can't solve this problem.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Philipp

@Anonymous When you first clicked on Analyze in Excel along with odc file it would have given you another option to do Excel updates. Did you do that ?

I tried it at home with my personal laptop with Excel 2016 -> it works!

Is there a limitation to Excel 2013/2016?

After I downloaded the odc file, Excel aks me for a login after I get a Login Error. Do I really need a Azure Account? My Account is on azure and it works, but what is going on with free users without azure?
