On premise gateway - New Gateway?

Hi i have inherited a server with an existing gateway, sadly i dont yet know the recovery key.

if i register a new gateway on the machine, will the existing one still be present for me to recover at some point in the future?

@ballist1x,

To move or restore the previous gateway, the recovery key is necessary.

In your scenario, if the previous gateway can't be used, you would need to register your own, and add all data sources within this new configured gateway.
