OData refresh problem in Power BI Service

Hello,

Since one week I cannot refresh my reports in power BI service. This is the error:PBI error.PNG

The report connects to an OData Feed in SAP Business ByDesign. In power BI-Desktop the data load and refresh work good, but when I publish the report in power BI service and then try to configure the schedule refresh I doesn’t work.

I do not use a Gateway, because SAP ByDesign is also an online service. What I have been doing is that I load my power BI desktop in my One Drive, then I connect the file to power BI service.

The last month the report work perfect until last week

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks

Hi @RaulSanchez,

Could you please reset the password of the user to connect to SAP ByDesign, then directly publish Power BI Desktop file(do not put the PBIX file on OneDrive) to Service and check if the error still occurs?

Thanks,

Do you know what else could it be?

Thanks for your help,

Raul

Hi @RaulSanchez,

Do you refresh a large dataset?

Hello. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "Workcenter in the OData Query"? My colleague is having the same issue right now. Thanks!
