Missing subfolders not imported into Power BI from Outlook

Hi, 

I have connected my Microsoft Exchange account with Power BI, however there are missing subfolders which have not been imported. These are simple subfolders with normal emails inside. Please can someone help?

Hi @Jimmy801 The Meeting Requests and Inbox folders were connected however the Meeting Cancellations, SPP008 and SPP009 were not.

i cannot reproduce this. Can you do the following.

- connect to mailbox

- right-click on the column "Folder path" and choose remove other columns

- right-click again and choose Remove duplicates

Please sent me a screenshot of that and check if there are none of the folders above.

Other stupid question: Are there mail inside in this missing folders?

I have completed your steps above however the missing folders are still not found. 

The Meeting Cancellation has one cancellation email within the folder and the SPP008 and SPP009 folders contain several emails.

sorry, but I have difficulties to follow you. You were saying that the folder meeting cancellations, SPP008 and SPP009 are missing, but I can see them in the screenshot. So they are imported

means there are imported mails from this folders. So there should be no problem

Hello @Anonymous 

but this what your are showing has nothing to do with your mail-folders. This are the different objects available in your mail account. This subfolders you can find in the table "Mail" and filtering the column "Folder path".

I checke this with my mailbox and I saw all of my folder. Independingly if was a subfolder of the inbox-folder or another folder on the same level as the inbox. Can you show me which folder of your mailbox is not in import of power query.
