Missing Dashboard and Report Publishing for Zendesk app

Hi,

I have been working through the following userguide regarding the publishing of the Zendesk app. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-collaborate-power-bi-workspace

I can sucessfully connect to the service and it creates a dashboard and report within the apps but not the app workspace.

Where I am failing is the part where it comes time to publish the app. the dashboards and reports are missing within the workspace  and it does not allow me to include in the app prior to publishing. 

Is there another way of publishing an app dashboard and report as it appears you cannot currently embed an app directly. I am trying to avoid creating the dashboards directly in PowerBI when the dashboards already exist in the app.

@ccarter,

Apps and App workspace are totally different things. If you need to publish the Zendesk report from a App workspace, please create an app workspace following the guide in this article, then rediect to the app workspace, click Get data-> Service content pack to import Zendesk content pack, then you are able to publish app in the app workspace.
