I would like to load my PBI dataset into excel. The dataset contains whole numbers that I want to use in the pivot as Values. However in the Pivot I can't use any input as value

Yeah, that is a bit annoying.
You need to create an actual measure in the Power BI dataset, e.g. MyMeasure = SUM(yourfield).
You will then be able to put your 'MyMeasure' into the values section in Excel and use aggregations as you'd want to.
Hope this helps.
