Job Test - ETL in SSIS / SSDT ?

Hi guys ! thanks for helping.

I have a test for a job that consists of:

- Download CSV file

- Download SSDT but only Services part

- Make the ETL inside the SSIS

- Use a SQL Server

I am very lost about doing the ETL in SSIS ? I mean, I am lost about the flow.

I Have to (?) :

- Import CSV to SQL Server

- Create table in SQL

- Import Table created in SQL to SSIS

- Make the ELT in SSIS

- Export Data model to Power bi?

Is it the correct flow? Is there a good video on youtube or any couse on internet that can help me ?

Thanks!!
