Sorry if this is the wrong subforum.
I'm trying to make a PowerBI app that will categorize GitHub issues by whether they are open, closed with no PR, or closed with a PR. Looking at the Issues and Pull requests data categories, I'm not seeing any options that can be used to check if an issue is associated with a PR. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
@aakunkle , there is an app : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-connect-to-github
But not sure it has all data you required.
We have in past taken data using GIT Rest APIs
https://docs.github.com/en/rest/overview/api-previews
That app was what I was referring to in the title - apparently it does not have the information I need.
Are there any good tutorials on using Rest APIs to import information into PowerBI? The tutorials I've seen are for using Rest API to get information from PowerBI.
Hi @aakunkle ,
