Incrementally load transactional data from Xero APIs

Good morning,

I are currently trying to get Invoice data from the Xero apis, however I do not wish to pull in every record upon refresh of the dataset. Is it possible to incrementally load in only new/amended records via and API in Power BI/Power Query?

Yes, you can implement incremental refresh against API data sources if they have a suitable datetime field like "Invoice date".  You will need to find out if the invoice data is immutable or if there can be changes after the fact - in that case incremental refresh becomes a lot trickier. Still possible, but trickier.

Ideally you would want to implement your logic outside of Power BI, using a more mature ETL tool.
