Hello,

How would an Administrator give access to a Power Bi Pro user to only view Usage Metrics & Audit Logs?

If "Power BI Service Administrator" role is given to the user they'll have more than required access.

Is there a way to create a custom role? Should we create a Workspace and input Usage Metrics & Audit Logs data there?

Power BI pro users are able to get dashboard usage metrics or report usage metrics following the guide in this article.

And you can create specific audit log role in Exchange following the tip in this video.
