How to use secure method to connect to JIRA Rest API from Power BI

I am trying to connect to JIRA Rest API securely using Power BI but facing trouble while establishing connection to data Anonymously returning the error Expression.Error: Access to the resource is forbidden.

I am able to connect using Basic Authentication but got a notification from Atlassian prompting me to connect using secure Tokens. I am using the below function to get data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

let
FetchPage = (url as text, pageSize as number, skipRows as number) as table =>
let
contents = Web.Contents(#"URL (12)"&"rest/api/2/search",[Headers=[#"content-type"="application/json",Authorization="Bearer XXXXXXXXXXXX"],Query=[maxResults= Text.From(pageSize), startAt = Text.From(skipRows)]]),

son = Json.Document(contents),
Value = json[issues],
table = Table.FromList(Value, Splitter.SplitByNothing(), null, null, ExtraValues.Error)
in
table meta [skipRows = skipRows + pageSize, total = 500]
in
FetchPage

Thanks,

Arjun
