How to separate and evaluate individividual values in a cell in a chart in Power BI

I have only seven items 'SA Lead, SE Lead, SA Engineer, SE engineer, RAM Lead, RAM Engineer, and HF'. But there are multiple items in one excel cell. I want to evaluate how many of each item are in the database. But the charts evaluate each cell and do not separate the items in one cell, so I ended up with dozens of items in the chart (see the screenshot of the pie chart below).

The original data can be seen in the screenshot of the list below. 

I wonder how I can evaluate individual items in charts.

Download example PBIX file

You can split the column by delimiter, creating new rows.  Then trim the column to remove leading and trailing spaces from the values.  You get this

What you do next is up to you.  You haven't' said how you want to 'evaluate individual items'.

You could create any chart you like and use a slicer to see individual items, but would it be more valuable to compare items against each other?

What exactly is the prupose of your analysis?  What do you want to learn from your data?
