How to select the "DEPARTMENT" of a "User" that have more "Incidents - Resolved"

Hello guys,

If I have the following case:

If I have the following case:
How can I make a measure that shows in a table or card the "Department" that could solve more "Incidents"?

Table 1

UsersDepartment
Luis1
Sandra2
Miguel3
Ana4


Table 2

UsersIncidents
AnaResolved
SandraIn Progress
AnaIn Progress
MiguelResolved
LuisResolved

AnaResolved

Hi @Estebanco ,

 

The basic measure would be something like this:

_noofIncidentsResolved =
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS(Table2),
    Table2[Incidents] = "Resolved"
)

 

To calculate this by department, you will need to relate Table1 to Table2 on [Users], then put Table1[Department] and [_noofIncidentsResolved] into a visual together.
