I was also think you can try using the web connector querying the influxdb api, seems not working.
With my research, I found power bi currently do not support connection with InfluxDB as refer to the Idea: Microsoft Idea · Open PowerBI to InfluxDB Databases. I can you should vote that idea hope power bi brings the feature ASAP.
