How to join more than 2 tables with outer join and create a new table with all the tables

I have 3 tables.

Table names :

1) Employee

2) Personal Info

3) Location

Employee is the fact and rest two are dim table.

these tables are to be joined by EmpID which is common among all the three tables.

I have to left outer join.

I have to create a new table from the joining of these table data and create new custom columns based on data from the three tables.

What approach should I follow ?

Would you be able to provide existing and expected data for us? You can dummy it up in Excel if you need to.
