Hi All,

In one column called Product Availability and I have values like Yes, No, May Be, Not Sure, so depending on these values I need to create a new Column and the values should be for Yes - Available, No - Not Available,  May Be - May Be Available, Not Sure - Need to Be Researched, Any help is appreciated.

Thank You

Hi @gaby58 ,

Create a new custom column in Power Query like this:

if [originalColumn] = "Yes" then "Available"
else if [originalColumn] = "No" then "Not Available"
...
...
else //your escape value e.g. null, or "Unknown" etc.
