How to get the Number of unique records satisfying criteria

Hi Experts,

How easily I can get this result as in picture with explanation

For huge list of data, I am looking for simplest way to get the output ?

In this case of the data, Column C, Status is filtered for YES 2. Column D Oper is filtered for Active & In Use and then removed the duplicate count from Column A so i get 4. Note: In my work, I have many columns.

Your kind help is appreciated.

Best Regards

@acerNZ Can you not consider removing duplicates for column A.

And then apply filter on colums status and Oper?
