I tried to load all data from a database. Every time it just shows a hundred rows, if I roll down then it will show more, but this will take time to load all data. Do you know any way I can get a whole database or specific time frame of the database?
Thanks a lot!
Ben

Hi @Anonymous,
does it happen in the Power Query Editor? If it is so, then it is a standard behaviour. The Power Query Editor shows only a preview which contains up to 1 000 rows. Wenn you click on Close & Apply in the top left corner, all rows will be loaded from your data source.
Btw., you can also ask for all rows in your preview for column profiling, but in most cases it doesn't make sense.
Or does it happen in the Power BI Desktop UI?

Yes, it happens on the Power BI UI. I have tried your guide and it can be show all now.
Thank you so much!
