How to convert this DAX in power query

I have a measure as given below

New Date = IF (PO Date > Ship Date,PO Date,IF(Ship Date > PO Date,Ship Date),IF(PO Date = Ship Date,PO Date))))

 

Now I need to convert this DAX into power query.

 

Please Help

@BishwaR  - Your Dax can also optimised 

 

New Date = IF (PO Date >= Ship Date,PO Date,Ship Date)

Thanks but how can I implement the if condition.

If PO Date is > Ship Date then PO Date

if Ship Date > PO Date then Ship Date

If PO Date = Ship Date then PO Date
