How to convert multiple calculations into text on a Card Visualization

Hello, I need help creating a Power BI card that displays 1 of 4 key measurement categories when the user selects one of the following Bookmarks on a chart. Can someone help me create a query that combines all the calculations below? 

 

Bookmark 1: Local Processed Requests (calculated as average days)

  1. If the average processing time is under 30 days then the card reads Strong
  2. If the average processing time is under 50 days then the card reads Acceptable
  3. If the avg. processing time is under 76 days then the card reads Weak
  4. if the the average time is over 76 days then Deficient

Bookmark 2: National Processed Requests (calculated as average days)

  1. If the average processing time is under 30 days then the card reads Strong
  2. If the average processing time is under 50 days then the card reads Acceptable
  3. If the avg. processing time is under 76 days then the card reads Weak
  4. if the the average time is over 76 days then Deficient.

Bookmark 3: Implemented Orders in a 365 day period

a. Over 40 processed orders in 1 year = Strong

b. 35 to 39 orders processed in 1 year = Acceptable

c. 30 to 34 orderes processed in 1 year = Weak

d. Less than 29 orders processed in 1 year = Deficient 

 

Category 4: Customer Order Responses

a. Greater than 90% of responses = Strong

b. 80 to 89% of responses = Acceptable

c. 75 to 79% of responses - Weak

d. Less than 74% of responses = Deficient
