How to Find Excel files for named formulas including Unicode text

Hello, how to find Excel files that contain Custom Formulas that use Unicode Text. Thanks Ahead!

Reason for my suspecting opinion "not sth Power BI can do" is since there is “Get Data from Folder” option in Power BI Desktop, wouldn't it be logical to assume Power BI will also Get Name Manager in future?

How to get assurance this will NOT be availble in Power BI? My company restrict programming and I am wishing Power BI my best shot.
