See the working here - Open a blank query - Home - Advanced Editor - Remove everything from there and paste the below code to test

let
    Source = Table.FromRows(Json.Document(Binary.Decompress(Binary.FromText("i45WCkotTk0sSs5QSK1IzC3ISTVUitXBFDXSAQu7ViTnlKakpqAqRheFKibJZNo5g0aKYwE=", BinaryEncoding.Base64), Compression.Deflate)), let _t = ((type nullable text) meta [Serialized.Text = true]) in type table [Sacreening = _t]),
    #"Extracted Text Before Delimiter" = Table.TransformColumns(Source, {{"Sacreening", each Text.BeforeDelimiter(_, " "), type text}}),
    #"Grouped Rows" = Table.Group(#"Extracted Text Before Delimiter", {"Sacreening"}, {{"Count", each Table.RowCount(_), Int64.Type}})
in
    #"Grouped Rows"
