Help Required to read semi Col. separted values

Hi All, 

I am working as Tech Lead for one of the Projects where we are using tableau data as our source. Basically the data is stored with Row level security Implemented already on the aggregates and we need to read that data as source on PBI. 

I am not familiar with PBI but on tableau we have written a logic to read the semi col value in a col. without splittng the col to rows as below :

Is there a way to do the same thing on PBI? Spliting will not help us as It will result in bloating of sales numbers. 

Request all the help that I can get on this , we have been stuck for last 3 weeks to identify the right solution

Could you make a sample table to illustrate the rules you want to implement in RLS in Power BI? Which roles can filter out which rows? This would be very helpful. Thanks!
