Our team saves client output in pdf format in a sharepoint document library. The pdf all have the identical structure and can successfully get data from the new PDF data connector for one pdf. How can we have one table in power query that contains (appends) all of the pdfs and retain the client id attached to each pdf? Thank you

You have to transform your query into a function and apply it in an add-column-step on a table that holds your client id somewhere. Please check out this article for more details: https://exceleratorbi.com.au/combine-excel-workbooks-power-query-method-1/
