Export Visual Studio Online Dashboard

Is it possible to export the built in Dashboard from Visual Studio Online to be used with Power BI Desktop against a locally hosted TFS instance?

There is currently no way to export a report or dashboard file from the Power BI Service to be consumed or edited locally.

You can vote for this feature here.

I also wouldn't expect the underlying data structures will be exactly the same between VSO and an on-prem TFS instance to be identical, so even if you could export, I don't think this would be a drop-in solution.
