Error when trying to add data sources in gateway admin site

Hi all, we have installed and configured the Enterprise Gateway on an internal host virtual machine.  Ports have been configured as per instructions.  However, when clicking "Add data sources" in the configurator we get the following error at https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/gateways/1814:

The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.

Hi Ed,

I have a similair issue. Did you find an answer to your question?

Thanks!

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Sorry for the long delay in replying.  I didn't get a notification that anyone had replied to this post so I thought it was dead.  In any case this issue was resolved once our tenant was migrated from Singapore to Australia.  The port configuration was okay and it just magically worked once our new tenant was spun up.  Perhaps something to do with network infrastructure.  Apologies, not much help I'm afraid.

Ed
