Hi everyone,
We've recently connected up the Enterprise Gateway to our on-premises SQL Server and have successfully tested the connections for each datasource within "Manage Gateways".
However, when it comes to using the gateway for our reports, upon refreshing the report we're always presented with the following error:
"This feature is not supported. Please make sure you have installed the latest version of the gateway"
Any ideas?

@jldaley86 As error suggests can you try downloading latest gateway and re-installing ?
What do you mean exactly by "manually cleaning all PBI registry"? I am having the same problem
To the admin: Have you come up with a simpler solution to this problem?
Did anybody manage to find a solution to this?
It was tested using the latest version but was still having troubles. We uninstalled and reinstalled several times (even using older versions) but no luck. Each time we reinstalled the gateway we had continual problems just getting the software to install properly.
Finally we ended up manually cleaning the registry of all PBI references after an uninstall, and then reinstalled the gateway which finally got it working!
Glad to know it's working now and you don't see the message anymore.
I'll follow up with our dev team to see what may have been causing this.
