Enter Credentials greyed out online when using excel onedrive file

Hi,

I have a local Power BI file in Import mode. I am connecting to a azure SQL database to get the data which is all fine locally and when published. I have added in a budgets spreadsheet from a file stored on my onedrive and used the one drive path as suggested elsewhere.

Everything works locally and it allows me to publish okay, but when I have published and go to refresh it tells me it can't because not all the credentials have been supplied. But the Enter credentials area is greyed out so I can't change them which is becoming very frustrating.

Any ideas out there.

Thank you in advance

@DAvoman13,

Do you store the Excel file in OneDrive for Business? If so, what type of credential do you use in Power BI Desktop to connect to the Excel file?

Also could you please post a screenshot about the data source settings in Power BI Desktop as shown below? And please also post a screenshots about data source credential settings in Power BI Service.
