Dynamics CRM can't find PhoneCalls "ToRecipients"

I am building a report that shows types of contacts and how many emails, phonecalls and appointments they have associated with them. I have done emails and had no problem getting a "To" list. I can't for the life of me find the "ToRecipients" field in the phonecalls entity. I can find the "Regarding" which is sometimes a contact, but can also be a case etc. What I really need is the contact. Can someone point me in the right direction?
