Hello,
I'm using the new built-in Sales Manager report against Dynamics CRM Online. It works well and it's helped me find places where we are lacking data. One specific place is in the use of the Industry field in Accounts.
For better or worse (probably the latter) we created our own field for this purpose (don't remember the reasoning why way back then). Of course, the report doesn't know what we've done so all references to Industry have "(blank)".
I did a big update of our accounts and filled in the Industry field. I had a few minor hiccups getting the data re-imported but ultimately all active accounts have a defined Industry.
It's been about two weeks since I've done this and the reports still don't reflect the change. I still see "(blank)" everywhere that Industry is used. I've done manual refreshes and of course daily scheduled refreshes have completed as well.
When I choose to "View Records" I can confirm that the records are in fact missing the values I assigned.
Why is this happening? Is there some way to fix it? I thought about deleting and recreating the connection but I'd like to avoid that because I've already shared the report with other staff.
