Direct Query: Move Row Values to Columns

Using a basic table in Power BI, I want to provide row level data for a group of individuals (name, address, and phone number).    However, my phone number table has a row for each phone number on file (e.g., cell and home).   I am getting my data through a direct query.  Below is an example of what I have and what I am trying to accomplish.

Current State

IDPhone_TypePhone_Numb
1235890CELL012-345-6789
1235890Home987-654-3210

Desired State

IDCELLHOME
1235890012-345-6789987-654-3210

Any thoughts on how this can be accomplished?  Thank you for any suggestions.

Take care.

Use a matrix visual instead of a table visual and put ID on the rows and Phone_Type on columns.
