Deleting Some Duplicate Data

Hello! I am very new to power BI so forgive me if this is simple question.

I am trying to show who is on a particular project, while not displaying redundant information.

Data comes into power bi ( more or less)  like this :Capture.PNG

Note: There is code to take an ID and match it to a name.

This issue is for the project "Notebooks" there are two BA's working on it, and when I create a table to display who is working on a specific project I get this :

Capture1.PNG

When really want this to dispaly:

Capture2.PNG

Any Ideas / suggestions would be much apprerciated!

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous  ,

Here is what I suggest:

> Create a new MATRIX visual
> Add all relevant columns (as below)
Capture5.JPG

> Hover your mouse on the visual and press on Capture4.JPG

     button until greyed out.

> Go to FORMAT tab > Row Headers > Turn off STEPPED LAYOUT
Capture6.JPG

> You should then get the below matrix

Capture3.JPG

@Anonymous

Thanks for the inital solution this worked until I had two columns with more than person in it. So instead of getting this:

one.PNG

I would get this:
two.PNG

Any ideas? Thanks
