Dataflow Refresh - AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'Unable to connect to the remote server'.

I have a Power BI Pro license connecting to a SQL Server 2016 data source on-premise through the on-premise enterprise gateway.

When creating the dataflow.... the data is being populated. When I try to refresh the dataflow I get the following error:

AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'Unable to connect to the remote server'.

I think I figured out what the root-cause of the issue is. 

Power BI Dataflows must be using some Azure Services that we didn't need to expose for our On-Premise Gateway Server before.... We see denied access to our Azure Region IP-space ("usnorth"). Going to submit a change request to see if that resolved the issue. If it does... I will post that this was the resolution.

I am unable to reproduce the issue on my side. Could you please update the gateway to latest version and check if you still get error?
