Data table row to column with multiple columns

Hi guys, I have a data table in the following format. I need your help to group by the fields: 1, 3, 4, and 5,

and finally, pivot the -fieldName- and -valueResult- columns.

I have tried pivot and transpose with no luck. Thanks!

Raw data:

 The final result desired:

fig2.PNG

This is a 30 million row dataset 😩

Thanks!
