Data and Chart doesn't match

Dear all,

When I try to create colum chart for the data(link), the data and chart didn't match. It would be very helpful if you could fix this.

Hi @Anonymous

When i copy the data from your excel to my excel as a data source, then import it directly to Power BI, I can reproduce the same problem as yours.

As tested, why we meet this error is:

1.

the data in your excel is a pivot table with subtotal and grand total, when importing it to Power BI, Power BI will recongnize every row including subtotal and total as a value row.

2.

Besides, the dates headers will be recongnized as below when importing

To avoid this, please transform your data in excel first, then import it into Power BI.

If you are unable to achieve this, please let me know.

Best Regards
Maggie
