Data Capacity Limit

Hi. Quick question about the data capacity limit in PBI. How is this limit calculated? If I have an enterprise solution (data warehouse, SSAS model or cube etc.) and I am connecting directly to this model or DB, does the data capacity limit get affected other than the actual visuals? Is the capacity only 'used' by data if you upload a model from desktop (i.e. excel files or db imports)? Also, the 10GB storage (which sits in Azure I believe) is that included in the $9.99 and the customer is not charged elsewhere for this storage? (i.e. under their Azuer cosumption)?
