Creating Rows in Power BI

Any idea if i want to create 20 rows based on Year 2020?

 

First Row = Year (Today()), which is 2020.

 

E.g.

Year

2020

2019

2018

...... 

1999

Table = GENERATESERIES(YEAR(TODAY())-21,YEAR(TODAY()),1)
