Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS

When i tried to get information from web, if the site has a self signed certificate i can't establish the connection.

I checked the information about this kind of issues on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-error-launching-desktop but the issue persist.
