Copy of Project Online Power BI Content Pack for offline data

I am not using project online. But I would like to create excel data set locally using the project online data model so I can use power bi content pack(originally developed for project online). Is there any sample content pack with off line excel project data set? The reports in the content pack are very good to reuse locally with excel data or SharePoint lists. Thanks.

Do you need to create report in Excel using project online dataset? If so, you can connect to Project Online content pack in Power BI Service, then connect to the dataset in Excel with the help of Power BI publisher for excel.

In addition, do you have to create report in Excel? If not, you can connect to Project online PBIT file in Power BI Desktop,

I do not have project online connection. We use different tool for project management, Workfront.
I need a sample of project on line dataset(excel table with columns and sample project data)and the Power BI reports and visuals that come with content pack for project online. I will update the tables manually in excel with my project data and extract it into PowerBI. Or update it in Power BI data set itself . And reuse the reports from content pack for project online to save time.

We are able to reuse the project online PBIT file(copy of project online content pack) with a project online account. In your scenario, you would need to design  the report by yourself.
