How to write the below dax in power query ?

You could add below codes to TableA. Modify the step and column names accordingly. Download the attached pbix for details. Let me know if you have any questions.

 

    #"Merged Queries" = Table.NestedJoin(#"Changed Type", {"No"}, TableB, {"No"}, "TableB", JoinKind.LeftOuter),
    #"Aggregated TableB" = Table.AggregateTableColumn(#"Merged Queries", "TableB", {{"Value", List.First, "Lookup Value"}})

 

TableA: 'AP Payment 1 Matched'

TableB: 'Discoverer-Payables'
