Hello,
I try to elaborate a dashboard in order to show the usage of the meeting rooms.
When connecting to exchange what is the right permission to set in order to show only the free and busy information of a meeting room ?
I tried "Folder visible" and "Limited details" but it isn't enough and I cannot access. I also tried "Reviewers" but it is too much, I can see all the details and the text of the different meetings. If I want to share this dashboard within the company, I cannot give the "Reviewer" permission to everyone ...
Thank you in advance for your answers, best regards.
There is still no sultion for this issue?
Hi @Anonymous
If you are admin or the owners of the rooms, you could get all information by importing meeting rooms data into Power BI.
(when you import data into Power BI, data is loaded into Power BI datamodel, thus users don't need the permission which you use to access data from exchange)
Then in Power BI, configure RLS( row level security) for other users, they could see limited informations from the power bi report.

Hello @v-juanli-msft,
Thank you for your answer and for these interesting links.
However, we currently don't have the pro version in my company and that's why I'm interested in outlook meeting room's permissions since we cannot create roles and so on ...
Best regards.
