I try to elaborate a dashboard in order to show the usage of the meeting rooms.
When connecting to exchange online what is the right permission to set in order to show only the free and busy information of a meeting room ?
I tried "Folder visible" and "Limited details" but it isn't enough and I cannot access. I also tried "Reviewers" but it is too much, I can see all the details and the text of the different meetings. If I want to share this dashboard within the company, I cannot give the "Reviewer" permission to everyone ...
I also get only this Failure

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Does it mean you want shared users to show only busy/free information?
