Connect online CSV that automatically downloads to computer. No link available.

I am trying to create a report with the data from this link:

https://directory.house.gov/#/

Web connect does not work with this link but there is an "Export Data" on the left side bar that works to move the data into a CSV file. The issue is that when you click the "Export Data" button on the side it automatically downloads the file.

I am trying to connect this to a PBI report by connecting a web link but I cannot find a web link to connect it to. There is no option to copy link when I right click the button or page inspect.

Is there a way to find the link to this file to connect to PBI?

The file you're talking about comes from "blob:https://directory.house.gov/6a0927c6-7952-4518-b81b-968711192bc8". No way to get a direct link to it. Sorry. But I guess you could use a bit of Python (straight from Power Query) to download the file and then load it in.

Thanks! Do you have any articles or tips about how to do this is Python?
