Hi!
This sounds like a simple fix but I can't find the solution anywhere. I want to write a conditional if statment based on the machine codes in our plant. For example if the machine code is a numeral and a character (ex: "4H") I want it to print a specific name. But i only want this to hapen is the first character is a number and the second character is a letter.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Try as a new column in Power Query, Adjust your Column Name, mine is Custom
=Value.FromText(Text.Start([Custom],1)) is number and Value.FromText(Text.Middle([Custom],1,1)) is text
