Combining multiple files

Due to limited resources internally I can't get data files into our SQL database to update on a regular basis. As a result I have resort to runnng individual files and uploading into Power BI. I have multiple files that I would like to combine into one file within Power BI.  The files make up full year 2015 and Q1 2016 either in text or .CSV format. The layout is the same in all files.  Is there anyway to take multiple files combine into one file within Power BI. Then apend to that table going forward with inidividual monthly files?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Couple different paths to success. Check out the Folder query source type and also you could use an Append query as well.
