I have a dashboard that combines data from 4 datasources - 3 SQL databases and a Odata connection to dynamics CRM.
When I publish the datasource for my dash, it cannot be configured to refresh against my organisational gateway? Only the personal gateway appears?
Any suggestions on why this happnes and how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

@Anonymous On premises and cloud data sources cannot currently be used in the same dataset... see here for an idea that they have started work on to support this.
Hi @Anonymous,
Is that the Dynamics CRM online service or on-premise server?
If it's a online service, as on-premise data gateway doesn't support online data source, you can use personal gateway to work around the issue.
If it's on-premise server, you can configure both SQL server and OData data source under data gateway and set this dataset use on-premise data gateway.

Thanks for you detailed response. It has helped me determine how to proceed.
We use Dynamics CRM online and using the personal gateway is not an ideal solution for our business. I want users to make use of the subscribe feature for reports which emails them when data gets refreshed. I am now investigating using a SSIS process to refresh the data I need on a daily basis from CRM Online to our SQL servers. This will allow me to refresh daily using the Enterprise Gateway and users to get emailed via report subscriptions.
Kind Regards John
