I can’t "refresh now / scheduled refresh" a Excel (PowerQuery) workbook in my Onedrive (via PowerBI portal.) Manual refresh via Excel (local) still works without any problem.

Same problem here, also with CRM online, same error. Tried it with a very basic report, single odata connection and still getting these errors.
Same Problem here . Has anyone found a solution to this yet ?
I've got the same problem.
I'd like to refresh my data in Excel using the new Power BI Portal.
The Excel sheet is stored in my Onedrive for Business (Office 365) and is retrieving data from CRM Online (system administrator permissions).
I've added my credentials using the oAuth2 authentication method in the Workbook -> Schedule Data Refresh -> Data Source Credentials area in Power BI.
When I download the Excel sheet and start a refresh the data is refreshed without any problems.
Could be many reasons..First are the data sources you have supported in PowerBI?

Second if they are on premises you need Personal DMG & pro account
