I am trying to pull data from http://flow.gassco.no/

When entering this website from a browser, you are asked to accept or decline a disclaimer before you are allowed to see the actual website.

I am unable to get past this disclaimer when I try to pull data using web power query in PowerBi.

Can anyone hel me?

That's not possible with the native query editor in M. But you can use a Python-script instead, that takes control of your browser.
