Business Central report refresh failing

Hi all,

I have a report with a Business Central datasource. It's been refreshing on a daily schedule for around 2 months with no problems at all, but has started failing 2 days ago. Nothing has changed on the report, and no changes have been made to the tables in Business Central. The report queries multiple tables for 3 companies, but it's only one table for one company that's failing; "G_LEntries". I've tried deleting and recreating the table, I've tried duplicating one of the existing tables thats still working, but to no avail.

The error on the scheduled refresh is as follows:

Scheduled_Refresh_Error.JPG

"APPEND_ALL_G_LEntries" table is a combination of the G_LEntries tables from the 3 companies. As I said, only one of these tables is causing the error. Below is the error message from the error received on a test recreated table in Power BI Desktop:

I've tried recreating the table using the built in Business Central connector and have left the steps as "Source" and "Navigation". I've then tried the OData Feed connector and left the steps as "Source".

Can anybody help me? It's a very important report that the clients needs to view daily, and need to be up to date!

Thanks,

Mike

Hi @Anonymous ,

As the error message has mentioned, "Index was outside the bounds of the array", please have a review of your data source firstly.

In addition, if your data source is SQL Server Database, please have a reference of this article which should be helpful.

Best  Regards,

Cherry
